Who we are
This website is operated by Apex Facility Ltd. ("Apex Facility Services", "we"), a commercial cleaning company serving Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. Information you give us
When you request a quote through our form, call us, or message us on WhatsApp, we collect the details you provide: your name, company, business email, phone number, the service you are interested in, the city where your facility is located and anything you write about the space. We use this to respond to your request, prepare a quote and follow up about it.
Quote requests are stored in our customer relationship management system (WeSales CRM, built on the GoHighLevel / LeadConnector platform) so our team can track and answer them. Submitting a quote request does not sign you up for promotional marketing.
Information collected automatically
We use a first-party measurement script served from track.apexfacilitys.com, operated for us by our marketing agency, to understand how visitors reach and use the site. It records page views, scrolling and clicks on contact links, and it sets first-party cookies and identifiers on this domain so that repeat visits can be recognised. If you arrive from an online advertisement, the click identifier and campaign parameters in the link (for example gclid or utm_ values) are stored for up to 90 days so we can tell which campaign led to your enquiry.
When you request a quote, this information is attached to your enquiry and may be shared with the advertising and analytics platforms we use — Google (Google Ads and Google Analytics) and Meta — to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. Where contact details are shared for this purpose they are first hashed, and they are not used by those platforms to contact you.
The site is hosted on Vercel, whose servers keep standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and operational purposes.
Cookies and identifiers
This site does not use third-party advertising cookies. The first-party cookies and identifiers described above are used only for measurement and attribution on this domain. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings; the site will continue to work, but we may not recognise a return visit.
Retention
Quote requests are kept for as long as needed to respond to the enquiry and to maintain our business relationship, and afterwards for record-keeping. Campaign attribution identifiers stored in the browser expire after 90 days. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time using the contact details above.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent to being contacted, by emailing contact@apexfacilitys.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes
We may update this policy as the site or our tools change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
